I have been working hard in the background, writing the next book, building and prepping for the Deluxe Of Shadow and Moonlight Edition + Audiobooks kickstarter, and we are so close to launch on March 1st!

AUDIOBOOKS???

Everyone has been asking about the audiobooks, when is the revised edition Of Shadow and Moonlight’s audiobook being done, and what about To Ashes and Dust??? Are the narrators returning? Will there be new narrators???

Well, I have HUGE updates for you all.

Of Shadow and Moonlight is scheduled for recording in March, followed by Tipped in Frost and Blood and To Ashes and Dust in April!

The female narrator, Jacci Prior (formerly known as Nicci Prior/Nicole James) will be returning, sadly, Corvin King had to step down from the project due to a trigger that wasn’t a trigger for him when he took on the project but sadly later became a trigger. I was very sad to lose him, but we parted ways with positive feelings and I know he will go on to do amazing things in his vocal career.

WHO’S GOING TO TAKE HIS PLACE THEN???

I am thrilled to announce the new male narrator who will voice Damien and all the male cast is, Anthony Palmini! You may recognize him as the voice of Graphic Audio’s Rhysand.

I am so excited to listen to Jacci and Anthony bring the characters to life, and I cannot wait for you all to read the next book in the series!

PUBLISHING UPDATE

I am still trucking along working hard on the next book, He Who Ignites The Flame, Book 1 in the BarrettxThalia spinoff duology.

Book 1 is broken into 3 parts which are read like novellas, and I just sent part 1 to my Alpha reader to work on it while I continue the rest of the book! It is still aimed to be released sometime in June 2024 before I go on maternity leave in July (surprise if you didn’t see the TikTok and Instagram announcement, I am 18 weeks pregnant as of today! ^_^)

He Who Ignites The Flame is intended to be read before book 3 of the shadow and Moonlight series as it expands upon the world and the Godsrealm and lays the foundation for events that occur in book 3, so don’t fret! There is a reason for its creation before book 3. The second book in their duology will be released after book 3.

Book 3 in the Shadow and Moonlight series will follow HWITF, aiming for a 2025 release, and book 2 in the BarrettxThalia spinoff will follow at some point between book 3 and 4’s release.

Of Shadow and Moonlight

Cassie battles with the inner turmoil left in the wake of Marcus’ torment and Cole’s betrayal. When she uncovers the truth, she’s left questioning everything, and the dark secret she’s guarded her entire life threatens to be revealed.

Damien works to expand the warriors of The Order to face the looming threat of the countless darklings building in the shadows while searching for a means of saving Cassie from the fate Selene warned them of. Instead of finding answers, he stumbles upon a terrible prophecy.
